Our Commitment

Złomrex Group is a B2B scrap metal purchasing, processing, and mill supply business. We use email strictly for legitimate business communications. We do not send unsolicited bulk email, do not purchase or rent mailing lists, and do not use email for deceptive or misleading purposes.

Sending Domain

Automated and system-generated messages are sent from our verified domain:

• Transactional sender: Złomrex Group <noreply@zlomrexgroup.com>
• Customer service replies: info@zlomrexgroup.com (and trade desk addresses on the same domain)
• Website: zlomrexgroup.com

Email from Złomrex Group should always come from an @zlomrexgroup.com address. If you receive a message claiming to be from us from another domain, please contact us at info@zlomrexgroup.com before responding.

Types of Email We Send

We send transactional email only — messages triggered by a specific action or an existing business relationship:

• Contact form confirmation — sent immediately after you submit the contact form
• Quote request acknowledgment — sent after you request scrap pricing or a quotation
• Career application confirmation — sent after you submit a job application
• Customer service replies — responses to inquiries you sent by email or form
• Order and logistics updates — delivery schedules, weighbridge tickets, or contract correspondence where you are an active customer

We do not currently send marketing newsletters or promotional campaigns. If we introduce optional marketing communications in the future, they will be sent only with your explicit consent and will include a clear unsubscribe mechanism.

How You Opt In

Recipients opt in by taking a deliberate action on our website or initiating contact with us:

• Submitting the contact form at /contact with your email address
• Submitting a quote request at /quote with your email address
• Submitting a career application at /careers with your email address
• Sending email directly to info@zlomrexgroup.com or a trade desk address
• Entering into a commercial agreement that includes email correspondence

By submitting a form, you consent to receive the transactional confirmation email and any follow-up messages necessary to respond to your inquiry. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal data.

How to Stop Receiving Email

Transactional emails related to an active inquiry or order cannot always be suppressed while we are fulfilling your request. However, you may:

• Reply to any message and ask us to stop further email — we honour opt-out requests promptly
• Email info@zlomrexgroup.com with subject "Email opt-out" and the address you wish to remove
• Request deletion of your data under our Privacy Policy (which stops future email unless you contact us again)

We process opt-out requests within ten (10) business days. You may still receive messages that are required to complete a transaction you initiated (for example, a quote response to an open inquiry).

Email Infrastructure

Outbound email is delivered through reputable transactional email providers (currently Resend; migrating to or supplemented by Amazon Simple Email Service (AWS SES) for production). These providers process message metadata (recipient address, delivery status, bounces, and complaints) on our behalf. They do not use your data for their own marketing. See the Data Sharing section of our Privacy Policy.

Bounce and Complaint Handling

We maintain list hygiene to protect recipients and our sending reputation:

• Hard bounces — invalid addresses are removed from future sends
• Complaints — recipients who mark our mail as spam are unsubscribed immediately
• Suppression list — opted-out, bounced, and complained addresses are blocked from automated sends
• Monitoring — delivery metrics are reviewed regularly; sustained issues trigger investigation
